Outstanding experience from beginning to end. Dr Jones was great. He thoroughly explained what was needed to fix my ingrown toenail and then performed the procedure. Recovery went exactly as he described. He and his staff are great.

They took good care of me and my wife.

The Doctor will not recommend surgery and would rather try other helpful solutions first, that's a plus.

100% happy with Dr. experience. I paid everything I was advised to pay, considering I am on Medicare. After being released, I should owe -0-, yes? I received a bill last week; one side shows I owe $51.54 — WHY? Other side of bill shows I have a $75.00 CREDIT!! —WHY? I got a call from a young male after I sent same to Dr. Jones, who said he would investigate, also last week. Crickets.

A little lengthy wait but overall great experience. Doctor was extremely thorough. Very little discomfort, procedure was quick and easy.

I didn't have a long wait in the waiting room. Also didn't have to wait long for the Dr either. Explained what he was going to do. Didn't have to wait long for the results.

This was my first-time visiting Amarillo Podiatry. I immediately felt at ease when I entered the facility. Everyone was so kind and professional. Dr. Jones was so patient to listen to my concerns. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and informative. I'm confident I came to the right place to receive expert medical care. Dr. Jones and the entire staff are beyond amazing which is why I would HIGHLY recommend others to visit Dr. Jones and his office staff for all your feet needs.

Everyone in the office was very friendly. The doctor was on time seeing me according to my appointment time. He was very thorough examining me and asking questions about my situation. He took time to explain what was going on as well as the options available to me. They let me pay half of the amount due for my orthotics at the time of the visit and the remaining half when I pick them up. I will be bringing my daughter to him next.

The staff is friendly. Chris Jones is pretty laid back kind of guy and was eager to find a solution to the problems I was having. I would recommend them to anybody.

My son had to get ingrown toenails nails cut out. The nurse was so nice and the doctor is very relatable and fast! The man knows what he's doing. I didn't have a copy of my insurance card but the office manager worked to get one for me. They really went above and beyond for us!

I was put at easy from the first moment I walked in. Very friendly and very professional but not robotic. I enjoyed our visiting and Dr Jones was a miracle worker. I was able to walk so much better with no pain in my feet.

I called in due to the terrible pain in my foot and got am appointment that day and everyone was so nice and helpful! Only three days later my foot is so much better and I expect it to keep getting better thanks to treatment I received.

I was very pleased with Dr Jones and his staff. One of the best experiences I’ve had with any doctor’s office.

I have been having foot problems for several years and was going to another podiatrist that just didn't seem to be able to figure out what was wrong. He just keep shooting me up with cortisone until one day he said he could fix it with surgery. Well, that didn't sit well with me since he never tried to do anything different to really solve the problem with my foot other than to give me shots that didn't work. I decided to get another opinion so I found Dr Jones' office. The staff here are soooo friendly and thoughtful and make you feel at home. Dr Jones was very thorough in examining my x-rays and asking me lots of questions about what I was experiencing. He went above and beyond and found that I had a hairline fracture of my heel. He even proved this conclusion by using a tuning fork on the heel. I FINALLY have an answer that we can fix. I'm very hopeful that my life will get back to normal so I can be active again. THANK YOU Dr Jones!
